Funnily enough, I have never felt like a second class citizen among my people. In my community, woman are confident and outspoken and I have never seen a woman from my community be silenced or sidelined. I even have OLD Somali female relatives that are highly educated and respected.

So whenever I see a weirdo on here, try to silence me, I assume he came from some hick, backwater. It truly says a lot about them and how they were raised.
