I don't know what I did to deserve redpill/manosphere content to pop up in my YouTube recommendations but this video appeared under it by some channel called "Manosphere Highlights Daily" summarizing a book titled "The Manipulated Man" by Esther Vilar (born in 1935), an Argentinian-German writer who spent the later part of her life, following her retirement from being a doctor, writing and publishing books not only condemning feminism and the concept of woman's rights BUT insisted that for centuries, women have been oppressing men this whole time via a carefully laid out system while also being intellectually inferior to men.

The video (Part 1) which I watched for the comedic value of how silly her rhetoric was, was a summary of her most well-known work published in 1971, titled "The Manipulated Man" and it was hilariously farfetched and contradictory in its anti-woman rhetoric, I couldn't be arsed watching the second part:

the book people should read is the famous book by Marie Robinson ("Power of...")... if people go find the book I'm talking about and they read it and understand it.... they will know a lot that might help them later on. I can't really talk a lot about it but if you're a guy I think you should get it to understand certain things from the woman's side of the equation.

I can give an example. I knew this liberal feminist white woman (I know I talk constantly about liberals but it's because I live surrounded by them). She lived in my apartment building. She got this boyfriend who matched her views, liberal male feminist guy. Then she dumps him and ends up with a conservative Republican.

Why would a liberal woman reject her liberal male counterpart and go for an unfeminist conservative man? And this is a real thing that happens. Anyways, if people read and understand the book I'm referring to- this phenomena will not only not be strange but will in fact be predictable. and what the book talks about is real but it's pretty much hidden knowledge at this point.

She quite literally isn't.

Despite being a physician before writing these horrendous anti-woman manifestos, her scientific understanding beyond human physiology is lacking.

All the scientific evidence she uses for innate female evil and mental inferiority in her most known work, "The Manipulated Man", is derived for the pseudo-scientific crockpot that is evolutionary psychology.

She says women naturally have a need to manipulate and subjugate their husband's so that they will provide for her children and then subsequently says that women would happily sabotage their male children to benefit other women (while also insisting that all women have a natural disdain for each other). What evolutionary advantage would sabotaging your male kids have if she keeps asserting that women only keep men around for physical protection.

It's largely a self-contradictory hit piece on her gender, so hateful, that even some redpillers have called her out for being too hateful.

Crazy that? Within less than 80 years most medical schools have more women graduating, women are becoming more educated than men and you have many women inventing things.

It’s crazy how emotionally driven and easily debunk-able everything you wrote. This is the issue with redpillers. Nor the most intelligent of people.
