Somaliland and Somalia should demand exit visas for people who want to leave the country. Only given for legitimate reasons. And if they abuse it, their family members will be jailed until they return. That should stop emigration.

They have stopped taking planes to Ethiopia. Some have started to walk across the border with their nomadic cousins and take the bus to Addis and then find their way to Libya and other countries. It's impossible to stop their movements without stopping the nomads from also crossing the border

Yes. The youth is feeling left out from everything hargaysa is becoming a play ground for the diaspora and that makes them envious.
I propose a better league a play yard a regional contest and workshops for the girls and all the above you mentioned.
