1 warning point is allocated for each infraction (except in extreme cases). Each warning point lasts for a month and the accumulation of 3 or more points in a one month results in the temporary suspension of an account.

Last time I checked, this was one event. Menace says "waan ku aasay" repeatedly on SSpot, yet I've never heard about him getting a warning for harassment. You have a habit of leaving things out. In the rules, I am given discretion and in extreme cases I can immediately ban. Death threats against parents is extreme. I am following precedent. Gegiroor was permabanned (I didn't do it) after giving death threat to a member.

Moderator powers are limited to editing, moving or deleting threads.

Moderators are also not able to ban users outright. They can issue 1 warning per post. Each warning carries a 1 point penalty.

Banning threshold is 3 warnings. Each warning expires after a month. As long as you do not hit 3 warnings, you will not be banned.

I know the rules better than you. I don't leave things out, you do.
