Puntland farmers do sell Frankincense and Myrrh, since ancient times this was sold. That's why Puntland is also called 'Dhul Udug' aka 'The Fragrant Land'.

MashaAllah we are blessed with Lower Shabelle aswell. Even if Ethiopia 100% dams shabelle stopping all water beyond Godey it will have minimal effect on LowerShabelle. Most of its water is from the Bay plateau.

After every rainy season thousands of streams from the bay plateau feed into LowerShabelle, Thats why its still green even though Wabi Shabelle rarely reaches all the way to Jubba.

I told @Prince of HS that Habar gidir will settle in all of his tuulos in the next 20 years, they will eventually get tired of getting smoked in Galgaduud and will move across states so they can inherit the Shabbele region, Prince told me ABGAL don’t settle in LS so they can have it.
