Is it a good idea to marry someone who has already been married before with a child?

Dating is Haram thoughSomalis should encourage proper dating culture, how the hell can you get married (one of the biggest commitments of your life) to someone without thoroughly knowing the person and their character first? That’s pretty much guaranteed divorce and singlemother/fatherhood in the future

There is nothing wrong with not wanting to be with a widowed or divorced woman. But insulting them and men who do is ridiculous and slanderous.

The prophet was a special case, he was teaching muslims to take care of widows. His marriages were a lesson and had an importance. What lesson and importance does marrying the xalimo habaryar from next door who got divorced with 5 ciyaal have? Furthermore, most of the sahaba who married widowed wives were again taking care of them as 2nd 3rd 4th wives. Not marrying them as first wives, the prophet s.a.w encouraged that so widows wouldn't be without a husband and a provider. However, he encouraged young single men who didn't marry before to marry virgins.
Marrying a widow is not something bad but it's not a good thing either, which is why the prophet said marry virgins. It has many issues which the prophet s.a.w knows, and a young man who settles for a widow when there is no special reason to is really a beta. It's not an insult to the woman, but he could do better and should. It's not an insult to him either, we are calling a spade a spade. He did a beta move and so he is a beta, we won't call him what he isn't. Some people identify as beta so it isn't necessarily an insult.
Why do you want to tell a farax what he is something that he isn't? Is he an alpha for settling for less and having to deal with the headache of raising kids that aren't his?

Bro, my own aunt was widowed at a very young age and married my uncle who had never married. I know plenty that are widowed/divorced who have remarried with ease. The older gen Somalis are not too fussed. We don't have a culture of looking down on divorced/widowed women which is why young sspot men suprise me.

be a man and marry a widow. its the sunnah of Saws pbuh. a real man would never cuck himself and not marry a widow As much as I don't like to chat about Somali girls, these girls do not have stigma like Asian girls. If there was any real stigma they wouldn't be on youtube brazenly talking about their divorce.
Lets be real, unfortunately Somali girls take the lead in youtube divorce stories and that is because being divorced is no where near a big deal compared to other communities.
